 While the issue of toy safety has recently become a public issue, we have always been sensitive to safety regulations and to our responsibilities as a manufacturer; we have always considered safety to be one of our highest priorities.
Our products are tested by customers’ designated testing laboratories or 3rd party independent laboratories. The testing is conducted to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and laws, including those pertaining to lead and heavy metals, correct labeling, etc, throughout our design and manufacturing process. We apply the U.S. toy safety standards (ASTM-963.07 and CFR) and European Standards (EN71) as our protocol.
